Long Time No See

The last time I wrote was in March, and I wrote about maybe getting braces. I was approved braces and now have braces! Not as bad as everyone made it out to be. Yes, the first day wasn't the best after the numbness wore off, but now I am used to them and they aren't that bad after all!

Church camp was fun I went with my mom and dad to Youth Camp had and amazing time. Three of our Kansas City youth kids came to camp. It was great all around and we had fun.

My mom now writes for Miami News-Record! 

The 4th came around! We got to see family and light off fireworks and hang with friends.

Kids VBS at Hudson Creek Church was awesome got to meet new friends from Tennessee! We met new people and learned so much! 

Youth VBS my mom and dad took care of while I stayed at my grandma's house! Tuesday I had a 104 temperature at 6:00 in the morning! at 7:00 my grandma called my mom to get ready and take me to the doctor as soon as it opened! I had strep throat and a double ear infection. It was terrible!

Sunday morning mom said a mosquito bit her last night. Sunday night we had our friends and their cousins from Tennessee over to spend the night. They were supposed to stay until 12:00 the next day but at 10:00 mom had decided that she was actually bit by a spider! She was itchy, red and swollen. Dad took everyone home and mom went to the doctor. The doctor said she was defiantly spider bit ,but we don't know if it was Brown Recluse or not so please pray that she gets better! And ALWAYS check to see if it's a swollen mosquito bite or a spider bite!

Braces

I know I am not perfect but I can't believe I MIGHT be getting braces. I go to the orthodontist in 9 days. I am 3/4 of the way scared. I mean why would you WANT braces? I am afraid of being called names. I am home schooled, I have glasses, and my hair is  messed up, messed up. You might think if you are home schooled who would see you? Well at the store I could see one of my school mates from public school, and the mall, and any where else. I guess I will have to hope I don't get made fun of. There is about 73% chance of me getting braces. So if you have had braces I am pretty sure we'll live. I bet it'll be all right. And God thinks you're beautiful in every way! In 1 Samuel 16:7 says..."For God sees not as man sees. For man looks on the outside but the Lord looks on the heart."

Snow crazy!

Today we went to the store to get last minute groceries for the snow storm coming to town. Mom said she was going to town to get the groceries so we all jumped up and shouted " We want to go!" "You have to be ready in like 10 minutes." she said. We get out of our pajamas and rush to get ready. Us girls changed and pulled our hair up by the time Sam figured out he had to go with. We go to town it's already snowing and go into Marvins. It was full of people thier bread, milk, coffee ,etc. We were doing the same thing. We even got a big bowl of chicken! So that even covered lunch. We got our bread, coffee, bowl of chicken, and pretsels, and went home to be snow in.
All day mom has been reporting weather, and they all say about the same thing. SNOW. After we got home the snow slowed down. I said "WOW this is the big snow storm?" and it melted in the next 20 minutes. She said it was only the preveiw of what was going to happen. So no big snow storm yet, but man it is cold.

I'm the Little Diva!

Hello I'm Little Diva I am the daughter of "The Redneck Diva". I'm wanting to follow in her jeans. I live in Miami, Oklahoma. You will see how crazy my life is with five people in our house. I have a brother, Sam, a sister, Abby, my dad, Paul, and my mom, Kristin. I'm homeschooled so I'm always with my siblings and mom, we weren't always homeschooled this is our first year. I'm with my homeschool group every Friday. 
In my house we have two hamsters that commonly escape. We also have two of the sweetest German Shepherds, and a twelve year old cat who is so old and so sweet!

You can already see how crazy my life can get. My mom and dad are youth leaders. So we are always at church. We are there all the time! 
My life is full of craziness and madness. We are quite the ....Clowns!
